Refund & Cancellation Policy

Qrogo's QR code generator is free. This policy covers the optional Pro subscription (hosted smart pages).

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your Pro subscription whenever you like — from your account (Manage subscription) or by emailing [email protected]. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for; you won't be charged again after that.

Refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. We generally don't offer refunds for partial periods or unused time after a renewal. If you were charged in error, were double-charged, or something on our side stopped the service from working, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right — including a refund where appropriate.

What happens to your pages after cancelling

Your hosted pages stay live through the end of the paid period. After that, pages beyond the free allowance may be unpublished, but your content and account aren't deleted — re-subscribe anytime to restore full access.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Qrogo doesn't store your card details. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
